Lemon Garlic Shrimp
I make this often and yet this is the best picture I could find. My family loves this so much and it couldn't be easier to make. Often, I just have it to serve along whatever other meats I made with dinner but it's also really good in pasta or over rice.
Ingredients:

1 lb. deveined peeled shrimp

1 tbsp. butter and tbsp. olive oil

1-2 cloves crushed garlic

1 lemon juiced

zest of one lemon

1 tsp. Slap yo mama or red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:

heat a frying pan to medium high heat add the butter and olive oil until the butter is melted.

add the garlic lemon juice and zest
-
add the shrimp and toss in the juices
-
cook 5-8 minutes until the shrimp is pink and plump
Watch the pan for shrimp grabbers they will come before it's even dinner time.
